Description of that level

This level was made the night before my birthday, which is cool. But anyways, Perfect Freeze is VERY powerful- despite the fact each particle only does 0.2 damage, there are SO MANY OF THEM. And the spray is ridiculous. They also do damage per second, or something like that. It's my favorite cameo weapon.
